High Pointers Participate in Clarksville Half Marathon
Did you see us at the Clarksville Half Marathon on November 7th! We had 19 High Pointers (team members, spouses & kiddos) running in the Half Marathon, 5K, and Fun Run categories. Our women's half-marathon team consisting of Becky, Ellen, and Jessie won the Women's Team category and Lana came in 2nd in the 5K for her age category (and is now fondly nicknamed "the trophy wife" by her doting husband). High Pointe is committed to improving the health of those we come in contact with and thought that we needed to start with our own family! The t-shirts were a hit ~ the favorite sayings were...will run for cute shoes...this seemed like a good idea at the time...newsflash: slow & steady does not win the race...runs well with others...may the course be with you...and remember, it's all about me. See you next year!!! Check out the photo album below for pics of the awesome day we had...

Get Fit for a Good Cause...Holiday Open House Held to Benefit the Hope Pregnancy Center
Did you miss our Open House to benefit the Hope Pregnancy Center on December 6th? THANK YOU to those who donated items for the center, made cash donations, or signed up for our Get Fit program - we collected 134 baby and office items from the center's wish list! High Pointe was also able to make a cash donation to the center because of your response to our fitness program - THANK YOU! Attendees at the open house were able to participate in fitness tests which included body fat analysis, blood pressure assessment, BMI calculation, and grip strength evaluation. Live music, Plinko, chair massages, and refreshments were enjoyed by all. Our team of physical therapists helped new (and old) fitness members get on track for the new year ~ it's never too late to start meeting your fitness goals!!! Call the front office at 920-4333 for additional details.

We had a blast seeing current and past patients as well as other health professionals from our area. Hope to see you next year!!!
