High Pointe now offers personal training and sports enhancement for children through adults!  Want to lose weight?  Have more energy?  Maybe you want to meet a specific goal like running a 5K or improving your vertical jump...then High Pointe is the place for you!  Our program gives you the benefits of joining a gym with the one-on-one accountability and guidance that a trainer offers.  Purchase any training package and you receive an Open Gym membership for FREE.  Not only do you get personalized workouts with Jacob, but you also get access to the gym outside of your workout sessions.  A variety of packages are available from our 12-week Training Camp to sport specific Training Room programs.  You can also choose from individual and group training sessions to fit your needs and budget.  Call the clinic @ 920.4333, contact us, or e-mail jacob@highpointetn.com for more information or to set up your consultation today.

Training Camp
12-week one-on-one training for the beginning to intermediate exerciser looking to lose weight, increase energy, decrease body fat, and increase lean muscle mass and strength; client will meet with trainer for 55-minute workouts 3x/week for a total of 36 individual training sessions

Group Training
6-, 9-, or 12-week group training classes for groups of 2-4 individuals; clients will meet with trainer for 55-minute workouts 3x/week for a total of 18, 27, or 36 sessions

55-minute individualized workout sessions that can be used 1-3x/week depending on the client’s needs and goals; discounts are offered on multiple session bookings

Genesis Fitness
45-minute group circuit training that meets 2x/week; excellent option for clients wanting the one-on-one attention of a trainer and the accountability of a group

The Training Room
Sports enhancement and conditioning which may include sports-specific coaching/training such as “Couch to 5K”, improving vertical jump, improving golf swing, and/or improving reaction time/agility; standard Training Camp, Group Training, or One-on-One Training rates apply

eTrainer
Ongoing e-mail/Facebook contact with current clients to set weekly attainable goals and promote accountability; ideal for the client with a busy schedule or who wants to stay on track in between personal training sessions or when out of town

Orientation
45-minute session where clients are introduced to equipment/machines, taught proper safety techniques, and guided in appropriate exercises to help them meet their fitness goals

Orientation Plus
90-minute session to include a one-on-one personal training workout, a customized fitness program designed specifically for the client based on his/her exercise capabilities during the workout, instruction in proper exercise techniques and intensity, and an e-mail follow-up coaching session

Fitness Consultation
60-minute session where the client’s baseline fitness level is determined before starting an exercise program or to monitor progress; assessments will include the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscular endurance, and flexibility
