We offer a comprehensive line of massage therapy services including Swedish, hot stone and sports massage.  We see massage therapy as an excellent adjunct to the manual techniques already utilized in our clinic.  Many patients have found it beneficial to continue with massage therapy upon discharge from physical therapy as part of their management regime. Caring for your body should be at the top of your priority list and massage therapy allows just that!

Swedish Massage (30, 60, or 90 minutes)
A hands-on full body massage of medium pressure. Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage (30 or 60 minutes)
A firm-pressure therapeutic massage. Helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and tissue damage. Great for anyone with soft tissue problems that produce any discomfort or pain.

Hot Stone Massage (60 or 90 minutes)
Penetrating heat from smooth oiled and warmed stones is used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, this creates an unforgettable, thoroughly relaxing experience.

Sports Massage (30 or 60 minutes)
A therapeutic massage that includes stretching and compression techniques. Rehabilitates soft tissue dysfunction that can result from physical labor, lifting weights or sports-related injuries. Promotes flexibility, reduces swelling, relieves muscle tension and alleviates muscle fatigue.

Seated Chair Massage (15 minutes)
An efficient, fully-clothed massage that improves circulation, stimulates muscles and reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders.
